Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made while your subscription is active or within 5 business days after subscription deactivation. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.
You may qualify for a refund if you experience a verifiable technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the Verve AI service, or if you subscribed but did not use the service at all during your subscription period.
Yearly subscriptions are a commitment for the full year. Refunds for early cancellation are only available if the situation meets one of the eligibility criteria above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at team@vervecopilot.com with your account details, a clear explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
