Is LockedIn AI Legit? What Reviews Say and What to Check Before You Pay (2026)

Is LockedIn AI legit? Who makes it, what reviews say, which plans include Stealth Mode, its refund terms, and how Verve AI compares.

People asking "is LockedIn AI legit" have often seen the product in a short video before they have seen its website, and they want to know whether there is a dependable tool behind the advertising. That is a fair thing to check, particularly for software you would be relying on during an interview you cannot repeat.

We wrote this for job seekers who are thinking about paying for LockedIn AI and want to know what they would be buying. It covers who makes it, what its customers say, what its plans do and do not include, what its own documentation says about refunds and reliability, and how it compares with Verve AI. We make Verve AI, so weigh our view accordingly; the facts about LockedIn AI come from its own website, documentation and policies and from its public Trustpilot page in October 2026.

Is LockedIn AI legit?

LockedIn AI is a legitimate product, and its terms name the company behind it as Cyber Gravity LLC, a United States company that does business as LockedIn AI, and the same name appears as the seller of its iPhone app. It has been available since 2024, it has desktop apps for Mac and Windows as well as a web app, and it publishes detailed documentation, a refund policy and a long list of answered support questions.

It also has a claimed Trustpilot profile on which it replies to most of its critics. So the company is real and the product works, and the more useful things to look at are which plan gives you what and how the product behaves in a long interview.

What do LockedIn AI reviews say?

On Trustpilot, LockedIn AI has a score of 3.8 out of 5 from 120 reviews. About 65% of them are five-star and about 23% are one-star, with few in the middle, and the company has replied to nearly all of the negative ones, usually within two days. Trustpilot notes that the company invites customers to leave reviews, which is common and worth keeping in mind when reading the positive ones.

The satisfied reviewers mostly describe feeling more confident and getting quick, relevant answers, and a good number single out the support team for sorting out billing or plan problems. Many of the five-star reviews are a line or two long and do not say much about how the product was used.

What do the critical reviews describe?

The one-star reviews are more specific about what went wrong. The most frequent complaint is a refund that was refused, sometimes after only a few minutes of use. The second is the tool stopping or cutting out during an interview, and after that come renewal charges the reviewer was not expecting, the price, and answers that were generic or did not draw on uploaded documents.

One reviewer's account is useful because it describes a mistake that is easy to make. They bought the General plan, found that it did not include Stealth Mode, and then bought a second plan to get it.

Which LockedIn AI plans include Stealth Mode?

LockedIn AI's pricing page has an Unlimited tab with a switch between General and Professional, a Credits tab and a Lifetime tab, and the features differ between them more than the names suggest.

Stealth Mode, which hides the desktop app during screen sharing, comes with the Professional, Credits and Lifetime plans. The General plan, at $54.99 a month, has unlimited sessions without Stealth Mode, and the free plan does not have it either. Professional is $119.99 a month, and the Credits plan is $69.99 a month for 400 minutes of copilot time. The prices displayed already include a 50% promotional code, with the higher standard price shown struck through above each one.

The free plan gives sessions of five minutes, up to an hour a day, on a lighter set of AI models. That is enough to see the interface, but a five-minute session without Stealth Mode will not show you how the product behaves in the situation most people are buying it for.

What do LockedIn AI's own pages say?

Three points in LockedIn AI's published pages are worth reading before you subscribe.

Its refund policy says monthly and quarterly subscriptions are non-refundable once they have started. Refunds may be considered for a duplicate charge, an undelivered product or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, if you write within seven days. The pricing page also carries a money-back guarantee badge, so it is sensible to rely on the written policy.

Its documentation is open about the conditions under which a session ends by itself. Paid sessions close at a time limit, a long silence brings up a prompt with a short countdown, and opening the app in a second place ends the session without a warning. Its terms describe the service as being in an early phase of development with possible stability issues.

Its documentation is also specific about where Stealth Mode applies. It supports the desktop app used alongside the desktop apps of Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, lists Teams in a browser as a known gap, says the web version hides nothing, and advises a dry run before each interview.

How does LockedIn AI compare with Verve AI?

With "is LockedIn AI legit" answered, the practical comparison is about how much each product asks you to work out for yourself.

Verve AI includes Stealth Mode in its desktop app on every plan, the free one included, so the plan you choose does not change whether the copilot stays out of your shared screen. For unlimited sessions with Stealth Mode, Verve AI Pro is $84.99 a month against $119.99 for LockedIn AI Professional.

Verve AI is also built around following the conversation. It keeps the context of everything asked and answered, and its three ways of getting help, which are automatic answers from the audio, a chatbot for typed questions and screen capture, all share that context, so a follow-up question about a coding problem you captured is answered about that same problem.

The free plan covers three live sessions of 15 minutes with Stealth Mode and five mock interviews, which is enough for a full rehearsal on your own computer, and paid plans include email support and an in-app chat that goes directly to our support team.

Our Verve AI vs LockedIn AI comparison goes through each of these in detail, and Is Verve AI legit? covers who our product is for and how reliable it is. You can also start on Verve AI's free plan without entering a card.
